People You’ll Meet at Our Chevy Dealership Service Department

When it comes to our Chevy dealership service department, the whole truly is greater than the sum of its parts. Several people play an integral role in ensuring your utmost satisfaction. Some or more visible than others, but each one is equally important to our success.
Service Greeter
The service greeter is the first friendly face you’ll see when you step into the service center at our Chevy dealership. The greeter’s many responsibilities include setting and confirming service appointments, informing the appropriate service advisor of your arrival, and making post-service follow-up calls.
Service Advisor
The service advisor is your primary contact. He or she is responsible for understanding what your vehicle needs and handling all of the paperwork associated with your visit.
The service advisor also monitors your vehicle’s progress to ensure that the correct repairs are done and that the vehicle is finished on time, and will contact you if there are any additional services or costs that arise during your appointment. Moreover, the service advisor can apprise you of our latest Chevy service specials.
Service Technician
Our service technicians execute the services your car requires. These talented folks have advanced factory-based training in automotive repair, and they undergo a fresh round of training as new vehicles go into production. This ensures that our service techs are always well-acquainted with the latest technologies and repair procedures.
Parts Personnel
Our parts personnel are responsible for ensuring your car gets the exact Chevy parts it needs from our large parts inventory. And in the event that we’re out of a certain part, our parts personnel will take care of ordering and delivery of the part from the manufacturer. Nine times out of 10, the part(s) your car needs will be at the service technician’s disposal when your car is dispatched.
Booker
The booker is responsible for collating all aspects of the service provided to your vehicle. The booker collects all receipts for labor and parts, as well as any notes from the service technician, and creates a single, easy-to-understand itemized statement that is submitted to the cashier and provided to you for payment.
