When you go to Lafferty to buy your next vehicle ask for Troy Williams. Troy is the man and will take excellent care of you. My salesperson was Troy Williams. He is friendly, courteous and efficient. He worked with me to find the car that was affordable. Also, he taught me how to backup correctly using the backup camera and went over the cars details. Excellent selling / buying experience. They hold periodic seminars on car care for new buyers ... similar to what many 'Benz dealers do. Very informative of their product(s). Even note the "Tier 1" gasolines the owner manuels refer to (Conoco, Conoco-Phillips, 76, Chevron and Shell). At the seminars the buyers register for free emissions testing and State Inspections for as long as we own the car; give coupons for free oil/filter changes; coupon for new purchasers; coupons for various discounts at various local businesses; cookies and soda.
